3. Products and availability
We sell cat furniture and replacement parts. Product images are for illustration; slight variation in colour and finish is normal for felt, sisal and moulded parts. Dimensions and weights are stated on each product page and are approximate.
All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is unavailable we will contact you and offer a replacement, a delay, or a full refund.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Prices for consumer orders include applicable taxes where required by law; any tax that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed.
Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
If your payment is declined or later reversed, we may cancel the order.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide with free standard shipping. Orders are dispatched directly from our production facility.
Estimated delivery is 7–20 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control do not entitle you to compensation, but you may cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If your order arrives damaged, see our Refund and Returns Policy.
Import duties and local taxes may apply on delivery in some destinations. Where these are charged, they are your responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout.
6. Your right to cancel

7. Faulty or damaged goods

8. Warranty
We provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects on the structural components of our products (boards, frames, brackets and suction hardware). Consumable and wear parts — including felt covers, sisal pads and adhesive strips — are excluded, as their lifespan depends on use.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse, improper mounting, excessive load beyond the stated capacity, or use of non-original replacement parts.
9. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit or loss of opportunity.
Our products must be installed and used in accordance with the instructions supplied. We are not responsible for damage to glass, walls, frames or furnishings caused by improper installation, unsuitable surfaces, or loading above the stated capacity.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — text, photographs, designs, logos and product names — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, and the courts of Hong Kong SAR have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the UK or the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
